I am at my core a visionary. I want to follow God’s will all of the days of my life. I am a pastor, leadership coach, church planter, and consultant with a passion for equipping leaders and leveraging technology to advance the mission of the Church. But most importantly, I am a husband to my wife Jessica and daddy to my beautiful children Milan and Cristian.

For more than 25 years, I have served in ministry and creative media, combining spiritual leadership, strategic thinking, and digital innovation to support churches and leaders in their calling.
I currently serve as Senior Pastor and church planter of Somos Ecclesia, a bilingual church plant in Buford, Georgia, committed to reaching and uniting a diverse community of Spanish and English speakers. Throughout my ministry journey, I have served in several leadership roles including worship leader, youth leader, and pastor. These experiences have shaped my passion for discipleship, leadership development, and building healthy churches that grow and multiply.
As a leadership coach and consultant, I enjoy working with pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders to strengthen their leadership, clarify their vision, and develop practical systems that support long-term ministry impact. My approach combines biblical wisdom with strategic leadership principles and practical tools that help leaders grow both spiritually and organizationally.
I am also deeply passionate about the role of technology and digital media in advancing the Gospel. With more than 25 years of experience in web design, graphic design, social media, and audio and video production, I help churches and ministries communicate effectively in a digital world, reach new audiences, and create resources that support discipleship and spiritual growth.
I have also had the privilege of serving as a certified church planting trainer through Send Network, the church planting initiative of the North American Mission Board. Through this role, I have trained and coached church planters, helping them develop the vision, leadership, and practical strategies needed to launch healthy, sustainable, and multiplying churches.
At the heart of everything I do is a deep commitment to empowering leaders and strengthening the Church. Whether through coaching, consulting, training, or creative digital solutions, my desire is to see leaders flourish, churches grow stronger, and the Gospel reach more people.
I am grateful for what God allows me to do along with my family. I am a family man and if I reach the world, if I reach the top, and my family is not with me, I would know that I have failed in life, and I have not care and led the family that God entrusted me with.
